121 has a centre base where we provide activities such as:

games rooms
learning new skills
kitchen facilities
sensory area

cookery

Many of our activites are based outside of the centre and involve accessing the community and activites to help improve physical health and well being
These activities include:
- swimming and hydro sessions
- rambling
- day trips out
- museums
- travel training
- parks and gardens
- golf (summer time)
- fair ground (summer time)
- shopping trips
