Facilities offered and staffing of the centre are appropriate to the requirements of the service users.

The activity centre is managed by Katy Howard and Heidi McAteer.

The staffing and session approach is person centred and we are always open to new ideas.

• Staff appointed to the activity centre have the special skills appropriate to the activities provided.
• Staff are all CRB and POVA checked before they start employment
• We required 2 references from the staff previos employment to ensure that they are good quality workers
• All staff are expected to participate in our comprehensive training programmes to increase their level of knowledge and expertise for the benefit of the service users.
• All staff are given formal supervision from their manager every 8 weeks.
• Staff meetings are held weekly
• Service user/staff meetings are held weekly.
• This gives service users the opportunity to discuss any issues.
